Historical Route

The Arch of Augustus and the Tiberius Bridge tell the story of Ariminum, an important Roman colony and crossroads of major Roman roads such as the Via Flaminia, Via Emilia, and Via Aretina.
The Malatesta Temple, the first monument of the Italian Renaissance, is a highlight of one of the city’s most important historical periods. Together with Castel Sismondo, it tells the story of the great condottiero Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta.

From the Historic Center to the 20th Century

Walking through the historic streets, you will reach Piazza Cavour with the Pinecone Fountain, admired by Leonardo da Vinci, the Old Fish Market, and the Amintore Galli Theatre. The tour ends with a tribute to 20th-century Rimini and Federico Fellini at Cinema Fulgor (outside).
