This is the founding idea of RiminiWellness 2023, the 17th edition of the Italian Exhibition Group event dedicated to fitness, sports, wellness, and healthy eating, which this year regains its traditional dates from June 1st to 4th, at the Rimini Fiera. The event that everyone knows and that over the years has set the most beautiful and interesting trends of living well and staying fit is enriched even more for the 2023 edition.
HIROX
One of the news of this year will certainly be the absolute debut in Italy of HYROX, the new sport discipline that is revolutionizing the world of fitness. Designed for both novice athletes and professional athletes, HYROX is an internationally competitive event that perfectly combines strength, endurance, and determination. The competition, which will take place at RiminiWellness on Friday, June 2nd, and Saturday, June 3rd, has a unique format accessible to anyone, regardless of their level of physical fitness. It begins with a 1km run, followed by a functional workout, all repeated eight times and carried out in a large indoor space, creating an engaging atmosphere for all participants. The workouts are a mix of functional workouts that alternate during the competition, from SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and up to Wall Balls.
The goal for athletes is to complete the same course within a certain time frame, based on their own starting level. In fact, to be accessible to everyone, HYROX offers 4 different race categories to choose from: Open, for a challenging but accessible competition; Pro, for true professionals, with the use of heavier weights; Doubles, to face the challenge as a team, running together and sharing the workload of exercises; and finally Relay, designed to involve friends and training partners.
THE FIRST EDITION OF THE FITNESS AND WELLNESS STATES GENERAL.
On the opening day of RiminiWellness 2023, the first edition of the Fitness and Wellness General States will be held. Thanks to the involvement of all the strategic stakeholders in the sector and the key themes for the industry, it will be the place to be for all industry players.

Rimini Wellness represents a unique blend of events that brings together all aspects of living well and staying in shape, a winning integration of six sections:
- Pro.Fit, a reserved and exclusive program aimed at professionals and the most important international companies in the sector;

- RiminiSteel, the heaviest part of RiminiWellness which hosts combat sports, martial arts, bodybuilding, and everything related to “physical culture”;
- Riabilitec, the section where all technological innovations for rehabilitation and motor re-education are presented.
- Pilates Junction, a space entirely dedicated to the most important Pilates companies.
