Some of Rimini’s best food and drink can be found along the active (and attractive!) Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli di Rimini. Spanning the length of the entire region, a great number of farmers, wineries and artisan businesses have come together under the umbrella of this consortium, united in their shared pursuit of Rimini’s famous flavours!
After all, the fantastic thing about Rimini is that you can easily travel between the sea, hills, open plains, and Apennines – including by bike or on foot – in a very short space of time. All you need to do is set off on a trip to visit this consortium of local businesses and you’ll soon find yourself marveling at the incredible views of a region that’s always bustling with new sounds, aromas and flavours.

Around every corner you’ll find a charming country villa, vineyard, dairy, or even an oil mill surrounded by olive trees with curved branches blowing gently in the sea breeze. It’s here that you’ll discover the true essence of Rimini, whether it’s during a walk from the waterfront to the hills, or from a winery to a farm shop selling an abundance of local produce. Touring this consortium is a special experience that won’t disappoint, whatever the season.
The Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli di Rimini Consortium also organises initiatives to promote its zero-mile produce. In addition to tastings at farms, the Strada Consortium hosts some unmissable events every year: one is P.assaggi di Vino, a wine tastings in Borgo San Giuliano and by the Ponte di Tiberio in Rimini.
