Rimini Reservation was created with the aim of optimizing the services provided to guests, unifying in one place tourist information and accommodation also with tourist services linked to the territory, transforming the simple welcome into true hospitality.

In 2006, the Municipality of Rimini decided to manage the municipal service Tourist information (IAT) through a public-private partnership as provided by the Regional Law (7/2003).

Since then Rimini Reservation represent the collaboration between the Municipality of Rimini and Promozione Alberghiera,.respectively with 51% and 49% of the shares.

Rimini Reservation aims at integrating welcome and hospitality, between public and private, through a simple and efficient system.

Our mission is always to serve the guests, manage the promotion of territorial excellence and facilitate the correspondence between guests and hotels, local institutions, trade associations and private companies.

These are the activities of Rimini Reservation:

  • tourist information and hotel accommodation
  • distribution of tourist and promotional material
  • realization of maps and tour guides
  • complaint management
  • collecting statistical accommodation tables (Table A)
  • Constant monitoring of IAT contacts
  • computerized management of the correspondence-users archive
  • contact management for guests retention
  • surveys on tourism

  • hotel bookings for individuals and groups, last minute and long-term

  • ticketing activities for events, theme parks, museums, exhibitions, transports, airport shuttle, general events
  • sales of Rimini gadgets

  • brand promotion on the territory
  • DMC activities
  • creation of territorial networks for promotional purposes
  • organizational support for events
  • media center for communication plans
  • management and development of the circuit “IAT diffused” (information offices within tourist facilities)
