Tèco means “with you” and was born from the idea that food is an act of love and an experience to be shared; not only at the table, but in the way we approach one another, speak, and simply be together.
And indeed, this new dining space is built around a clear concept: cooking as an act of connection, which places not only the dishes at the centre, but also the bonds between people.
The menu, curated by Chef Lorenzo, is a tribute to local tradition, reimagined with creativity and precision. Each course is designed to be shared, in a play of flavours that speaks the language of Romagna while looking beyond, with meticulous attention to the quality of ingredients and to showcasing them in a way that celebrates the sea and tradition in a contemporary, elegant style.
Alongside him in the dining room is Blerta, the elegant, smiling soul of the welcome, with a refined, minimalist style, capable of conveying that feeling of intimacy and simplicity that only truly authentic places can give.
