BY BIKE
In the city of Rimini, everything is within reasonable travelling distance, which is why cycling enthusiasts will find no better way to get around than by riding through green lanes and pleasant cycle paths. All hotels offer their guests free use of bikes and the Bike Park is also available (a bicycle parking station with bike hire, parking, repair and fixing services, and charging stations for electric bikes). In the city, you can also use one of the 300 pedal-assisted, free-floating electric bikes, which can be booked via the Lime app.
BY ELECTRIC SCOOTER
Another smart and sustainable way of getting around the city is to use the Free Floating electric scooter service. The service is provided via APP by BIT mobility and Lime.
BY METROMARE
Another essential and very useful means of transport when travelling along the coast is the METROMARE – Rapid Coastal Transport (a zero-emission, all-electric road transport service), which offers fast connections between the Rimini and Riccione railway stations with 15 intermediate stops (runs every 20 minutes).
SERVIZIO SHUTTLEMARE
In Rimini, you can get to the beach via a dial-a-ride service: handy, safe, eco-friendly, and free of charge. The Shuttlemare service runs from 9 am to 9 pm, starting on 8 April, on Saturdays and Sundays, on holidays and on the day before public holidays, and daily from 2 June to 10 September. Wheelchair users can also access the service by selecting this option when booking. To book the shuttle you will need to use the MyStart app and enter your departure and arrival locations.
BY CAR OR TAXI
Car rental services are available in Rimini, with or without a driver, for transfers both within the city and in the inland area. You can also use a convenient and extremely efficient Taxi service: CO.TA.RI Radio Taxi Rimini (you can book by calling +39 0541 50020 or via the Taxi Rimini app).
