The “Crossroads Jazz and More in Emilia Romagna” is one of the most important music festival in Europe and celebrates its 25th edition this year. It explores improvised music with a global journey through jazz, ethnicity, songwriting and experimentation, touching more than twenty municipalities in Emilia-Romagna with over 60 concerts and more than 400 musicians, welcoming both established stars and new talents. There are several unmissable events in Rimini that will take place on 23 June, 30 June and 13 July.

On 23 June, ‘The King of Mambo’ will arrive at the stage of the Corte degli Agostiniani. Mauro Ottolini together with the Ottovolante orchestra will make us experience an evening to the sound of mambo and other exotic rhythms.

On 30 June, the festival will give us an intense performance by the Italian Jazz Orchestra, in an exciting homage to Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys. A unique opportunity to hear the great classics of the king of rock in a jazz key.

Finally, on 13 July, the festival will bring guitar ‘superhero’ Matteo Mancuso to the stage. The young Sicilian talent is now a musical phenomenon with jazz and blues/rock overtones who plays the electric guitar like the classical one, without using a pick.
